Oasis Community Health & Resource Fair in Moreno Valley (100 attendees reached, 12 served)
HOPE Resource Fair at Serrano Elementary School
District 5 Collaborative hosted the HOPE Resource Fair at Serrano Elementary on June 2, 2016. 23 vendors and more than 300 individuals attended the event. Special thanks to all of those who volunteered and to all of our donors.
Happy & Healthy Families...Not Just for the Holidays
District 5 Collaborative hosted "Happy & Healthy Families...Not Just for the Holidays" educational workshops for the community on December 19, 2016. Antwon Chaplin, Educator from Planned Parenthood, provided presentations that addressed healthy family relationships and communication.
